Three currencies, zero conversion

Every plan carries its real amount in soles, dollars and pesos, exactly as the shop charges it. When a product is not sold in the currency you picked, we show the amount in dollars with an asterisk, rather than inventing a conversion.

Change plan whenever you like

Moving up is immediate and prorated for the days remaining. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal. Your series, your documents and your data stay where they are.

Invoicing and payments

What people ask before putting the card in.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Whichever you pick above: soles, dollars or Colombian pesos. Every plan has its own price in each currency and there is no conversion involved. If a product is not sold in the currency you picked, you will see the amount in dollars marked with an asterisk.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, transfer to our accounts in soles and dollars, and Yape or Plin for smaller amounts. From Colombia we accept transfer and international card. Automatic monthly billing is only switched on if you authorise it.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. Every amount on this page includes them. Checkout shows the breakdown before you confirm, and the document we issue you sets out the taxable base and the tax separately.
Can I change plan later?
Whenever you like, from the client area or by writing to us on WhatsApp. Moving up is immediate and your data, series and documents stay where they are. Moving down applies at the next renewal, so the service is not cut off mid-month.
How does the proration work?
If you move up a plan mid-cycle you only pay the difference for the remaining days. For example: you go from F1 to F3 on the 15th of a 30-day month and you are charged half the difference. The next renewal comes out at the new plan's full price.
Does Búho issue me an invoice for what I pay?
Yes. Digital Buho SAC issues you an electronic invoice under your tax ID and emails it the same day you pay. If you are an individual without a tax ID, we issue a receipt. You download the XML and the PDF from the client area.
Is there a minimum term or a cancellation penalty?
No. The monthly plans run month to month and you cancel them from your account without calling anyone. The annual ones run to the end of the paid period. Either way you take a full export of your information with you.
Do the free plans have an expiry date?
They do not expire. Fastura's free plan and the W1 of Waya are free as long as you stay within their limits. When you exceed them we warn you in advance and you decide whether to move up; we do not cut the service off overnight.
What happens if I do not pay on time?
We notify you by email 7 days before expiry and again on the day itself. After that there is 3 days of grace with the service running normally. If it stays unpaid, the service is suspended, not deleted: your documents, your series and your files are still there. Once regularised we reactivate the same day and with no reconnection fee. Only after 30 days of suspension we begin releasing resources.
How do I pay from Colombia?
Pick pesos in the currency selector and the shop charges you in pesos by card or PayPal. If you need a local transfer, write to us on WhatsApp Colombia and we send you the details.
Do you discount for paying upfront or for buying several products?
Yes. Several services already have an annual price cheaper than the monthly one: you can see it in the table, like the hosting L1 to L5 or Google Workspace on an annual commitment. And if you buy more than one product we put together a bundle with a volume discount and a single invoice. That is quoted by hand: write to us.
