Digital marketing · Lima and all of Peru

Ads bring visits on day one. SEO takes in 3 to 6 months.

Both are worked on at once and reported separately. We run the strategy, write, build the campaigns and measure. The Google Ads account, the Meta Business Manager and the pixel are in your name from day one: if you change agency tomorrow, you take the whole history with you.

First, because it is what gets confused most

The management fee and the ad spend are two different things.

Almost every month-end argument comes from here. We put it in writing before we start, and not in the small print.

 Management feeAd spend
What it is Our work: strategy, campaign build, copy, creatives, monitoring and reporting. The money Google, Meta or TikTok charge you to show your ads.
Who gets paid To Búho, invoiced to your tax ID. Straight to the platform, on your company's card. It does not pass through us.
Who enters the card You do. The card is registered in your ad account and the charge appears in your name.
If you raise the budget It stays the same as long as the scope does. If more channels come in, we talk it through first. Raise it by whatever you decide that month. You can pause it on a Tuesday and resume on Thursday.
Document Búho's electronic invoicing. The platform issues the invoice. You download it from the panel.
If you stop working with us It stops the month you say so. Your account and your campaign history stay put. The only thing removed is our access.
We will never ask you to transfer the ad money to us. When an agency charges the ad spend itself, you stop seeing the platform's real cost.

You are probably looking for

The sentences people arrive with.

None of them starts with "I want digital marketing". If you recognise yours, we already know where the diagnosis begins.

"I have already spent on ads and I have no idea where it went"

It is the most common case. Almost always the same thing has happened: one campaign mixing search and display, with no conversion declared, no exclusion of existing customers, and a WhatsApp button nobody tagged as an event. You see movement, you do not see where the sale came from.

ad measured event inbox
6months

"I want to come first on Google"

It can be improved. It takes months and depends on who you are competing against. Nobody serious signs up to weeks.

"Enquiries come in but nobody answers them"

The ads work and the sale still falls through, because the message reached a phone at nine at night. Before adding another penny to the budget, we fix who answers and how quickly.

"I post on Instagram when I remember to"

Without a calendar no measurement is possible. The whole month is built, approved and scheduled.

"The previous agency will not give me the credentials"

It happens often. If the account is in their name, the history stays with them.

"I asked ChatGPT and my competitor came up"

That is worked on too. It is called structured content and it comes further down.

"People come into the shop and nobody buys"

There the problem is not the ads: it is the checkout, the shipping cost that appears at the end, or a product page with no photos. That is CRO and it is measured with session recordings, not with opinions.

What we do every month

Eight lines. Bought together or separately.

There is no fixed package that suits a hardware shop and a clinic at the same time. Tap a button and see what each line includes.

Before spending a penny: what is happening today

The diagnosis is the first deliverable and is done once. It produces a document with what already works, what has to be fixed and in what order. If it turns out your site is not ready to receive ad traffic, we tell you there, not in month three.

  • A technical review of the site: speed, indexing, errors and the mobile version
  • What your customer searches for and with which words, with the real volume of each
  • Who your three competitors on Google are and what they are advertising
  • The state of your current accounts: Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console and Google profile
  • A plan with priorities and what gets tackled in month one

If the diagnosis concludes that you first need rebuilding the site, that conversation goes elsewhere and is quoted separately.

Ownership of the accounts

The Google Ads account is yours. The Business Manager is yours. So is the pixel.

We work as guest users inside your accounts. Never the other way round. It is the difference between changing agency and starting from scratch, because the campaigns' learning and the saved audiences cannot be exported: they live in the account.

  • If you do not have the accounts, we create them in your company's name and with your administrator email
  • Our access is just another user, which you can remove from your panel whenever you like
  • The Meta pixel, the TikTok one and the Google tags all live in your Tag Manager container
  • The GA4 and Search Console history stays in your property
  • The card for the ad spend is your company's, always

If you are coming from an agency that registered everything in its own name, the first job is recovering what can be recovered and building what cannot. That is part of the diagnosis too.

What we guarantee
Ownership in your nameAds, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, GA4 and Search Console registered to your company's email.
An exit with no hostagesThe day you leave, our user is removed and that is that. There is no handover to negotiate.
No compulsory lock-inWe work month to month. If there is a commitment to a term, it is written into the proposal and you decide.
A panel open all monthYou do not wait for the report to look: you go into your account whenever you like and see the day's spend.
Timescales

When each thing shows.

None of these dates is decoration. If halfway through the curve does not look like this, we discuss it in the monthly meeting and change the plan.

LineFirst moveNormal paceWhat holds it up
Google Ads day 1 Traffic from the moment the ad is approved. Cost per lead settles around the fourth week. Account verification and ads under review.
Meta and TikTok Ads day 1 to 3 The campaign has to leave the learning phase before the cost comes down. A badly installed pixel or an unverified ad account.
SEO 3 to 6 months The first movements in ranking show in month three. Sustained traffic, from month six onwards. A slow site, with no new content or with a botched migration.
AI search engines 2 to 4 months It depends on the model crawling your site again. There is no button to hurry it along. Contradictory information between your site and your listings.
Social and content month 1 The calendar starts on the 1st. A community grows slowly, not in weeks. Approvals that arrive late.
Email marketing week 2 The first send once the list is clean and the domain authenticated. An old list with plenty of bounces.
CRO month 2 First you have to gather enough sessions to know where the sale falls through. Too little traffic: with no visits there is no valid test.
The combination that works best in Peru: Ads from day one so enquiries come in while the SEO matures. One pays for the other's waiting time.
Integrations and measurement

Without this connected, the report is an opinion.

Everything below is installed, tested and documented in the first month. After that it is reviewed, not rebuilt.

Analytics 4 and Tag Manager

Installed with properly named events: WhatsApp click, form submission, call, catalogue download and purchase. Without that, GA4 only counts visits.

Search Console

Verified, with the sitemap submitted and coverage errors reviewed every month.

Pixel and Conversions API

Both, not one. The pixel in the browser and the API from the server, so the campaign keeps seeing the conversions the browser blocks.

The monthly report

A document you can actually read without knowing marketing.

It arrives within the first five business days of the month, with a half-hour meeting to go through it. No slides of "reach" and "engagement" without context. What gets answered is: how much came in, where it came from, what each lead cost and what happens next month.

  • The month's leads by channel, compared with the previous month
  • Cost per lead for each campaign, with the platform's ad spend alongside
  • Rankings gained and lost on Google, with the keyword spelled out
  • What was done, what did not get done and why
  • The three things we propose for next month, in order
  • A Looker Studio dashboard open all month, not just on report day
How we work

From the first message to the first campaign.

One point of contact from start to finish, with a name and a mobile. Not an email chain across three different accounts.

We talk about your business

Half an hour. What you sell, what a customer is worth to you, who handles the messages and what you have tried before. That is where we find out whether this makes sense.

We send you the proposal

Within 48 hours: which lines are in, what is delivered each month, what we need from you and how the result will be measured. The fee and the ad spend on separate lines.

Diagnosis and set-up

The first two weeks go on reviewing, measuring and getting everything connected. It is the part nobody sees and the one that stops month three being guesswork.

The campaigns go out

Ads live, calendar approved and content going out. From that day you go into your panel whenever you like and see the day's spend.

We meet every month

A report, half an hour of meeting and next month's plan agreed there and then. If something did not work, it is said and it is changed.

What we need from you

Not much, but without it we do not start. It is what delays a campaign launch most.

  • Access to your current accounts, or the email we will create them with
  • A company card registered on the ad account
  • Who answers the messages and at what hours
  • Photos of your products, your premises or your work
  • One person to approve the calendar. Three opinions with no lead will delay the month

The question we always ask on the first call

"If twenty enquiries come in tomorrow, who answers them?" If the answer is "the owner, when he can", we start there rather than with the ads. Bringing in enquiries nobody handles is the most expensive way to burn a budget.

That is why the shared inbox and the automatic replies come into the conversation from day one, not as a month-six extra.

Trades we work with

Case studies with percentages go up when the client authorises them.

A "+340% in sales" with no context says nothing and anyone can write it. In the meantime, these are the account types we are asked for most.

Retail and online shops

Shopping, a Meta catalogue and cart recovery by email.

Clinics and practices

Search by speciality, a Google profile per location and appointments to WhatsApp.

Technical services

Emergencies searched for on Google at any hour. A direct call from the ad.

Companies selling to companies

Long-tail search, LinkedIn and email to your own list.

This block is reserved for real case studies When we publish one it will carry the client's name, the period measured, the spend declared and the result they themselves authorise us to tell.
Questions

What people ask us before signing.

How soon will I see results?
It depends on the channel and the two have to be separated. Ads bring visits the same day they are approved, and cost per lead settles around the fourth week. SEO takes 3 to 6 months to move meaningfully. That is why we almost always start with both: the ads keep the enquiries coming while the ranking matures.
Is ad spend paid separately from the fee?
Yes, and they are two payments to two different recipients. The management fee is our work and we invoice you for it. The ad spend is charged by Google, Meta or TikTok directly to your company's card, registered on your own ad account. That money never passes through Búho.
How much should I put into ad spend?
There is no figure that suits everyone: it depends on the trade, on what a click costs in your category and on how many leads you need a month to fill your diary. In the diagnosis we work out the minimum at which the campaign can learn in your particular case, and if that number does not work for you, we say so before starting.
Who owns my Google Ads account and my pixel?
Yours. The accounts are registered in your company's name and we come in as guest users. The Meta pixel, the TikTok one and the Google tags live in your Tag Manager container. If you change agency tomorrow, you remove our access from your panel and keep the full history, which is what really matters.
Is there a minimum term?
We do not insist on tying you in. We work month to month and notice is one month, so campaigns can be closed and everything handed over tidily. If in a particular case we propose a commitment to a term, it goes in the proposal with the reason, and you decide whether to take it.
What reports do I get and how often?
A monthly report within the first five business days, with half an hour of meeting to go through it. You also have a Looker Studio dashboard open all month and direct access to your Ads and Meta accounts, so you do not depend on us to look at the day's spend.
Do you produce the content or do I supply it?
Normally we produce it: copy, graphics and short video. What we do need from you are real photos of your premises, your products or your team, because content with stock photography performs worse. If you have a photographer or material of your own, we use it and the production work goes down.
Do you work with my in-house community manager?
Yes, and on several accounts it is the best arrangement. We build the strategy, the calendar and the creatives, and your person posts and answers comments, which is what they do well in your voice. Who does what is set out in the proposal so nobody duplicates work.
What happens if the leads do not come?
It gets reviewed in the monthly meeting with the data in front of us and the plan changes: the campaign, the keyword, the landing page or the offer. What we will not do is promise you a number of leads per month in the contract, because that depends on your budget, your competition and your own speed of response. Anyone who signs up to it is guessing.
How do you measure return if I sell on WhatsApp?
By tagging the WhatsApp click as a conversion and using a different preloaded message per ad, so you know where each chat came from. And if you also use the shared inbox, every conversation keeps its source and its assigned salesperson, and that is when you can close the loop between what was spent and what was sold.
Do I have to rebuild my site before running ads?
Not always, but sometimes yes and we would rather say so early. If the site takes five seconds to load on a phone or the form reaches nobody, paying for clicks is throwing money away. In the diagnosis we mark what absolutely has to be fixed before starting and what can wait. If it needs rebuilding, that is another conversation and is quoted separately.
Is this business of appearing in ChatGPT or Perplexity real?
It is real and it is already a line of work, though it has to be said without overstating: nobody controls what a model answers. What is done is marking up your site with schema.org, publishing pages that answer whole questions and keeping your company's details identical everywhere. Then each month we review what the assistants answer when asked about your trade.
Can you run just Google Ads and nothing else?
Yes. All eight lines are bought separately. What we do not do is take on an ad account without first getting the measurement connected, because without GA4 and declared conversions the report becomes an opinion and two months later we do not know what to switch off.
Do you serve outside Lima?
Yes, across Peru and in Colombia too. The account is run by video call, WhatsApp and email. Campaigns are targeted to the area you can genuinely serve: there is no point paying for clicks from Arequipa if your delivery only reaches North Lima.
