Most agencies design well and then send you off to buy the hosting yourself, the email somewhere else and an invoicing system from a third party. When something fails, each points at the one next door. Here the server is ours, the mailboxes are ours and the invoicing system is too.
For a corporate site you are going to edit yourself, WordPress with its own theme is usually the sensible choice: anyone can maintain it afterwards. When the site has business logic inside, we go to Laravel. And if the home page has to fly, Next.js. The proposal tells you which and why.
