The G2TA adds a one-off set-up charge of and the subscription is prorated to the 1 January of each year.

Prices already include tax and are charged per mailbox. Those marked with * are charged in US dollars because that product is not sold in soles. The total of the mailboxes shows at checkout.

Each mailbox has its own quota and everything counts towards it: Gmail, Drive and Photos. A team of ten on Standard has 20 TB in total, and nobody runs out of space because someone else uploaded a video.
It drafts a reply, summarises a twenty-email thread and finds the attachment you are after when you ask in plain language. It is on all six plans; on Standard and above it also works in Docs and Meet.
Meet is on all six plans. What changes is how many people fit in the room and what you can do inside: record, cancel background noise or track attendance.
Maximum participants per meeting. Enterprise Plus also live-streams to 1,000 people inside the domain.
The basics — domain authentication, two-step and antispam — are on all six plans. Fine-grained control of retention, data loss and encryption appears in Plus and Enterprise Plus.
Migration is included when you buy: it is not a separate service or a checkout extra. We copy the full history while your old email keeps receiving, and only then change the MX records.
You tell us how many accounts, under what names and whether you want an admin panel. We put the order together with you.
We set up the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. If the domain is with us, you touch nothing.
Messages, folders, contacts and calendars move to Workspace while the old email keeps working.
We change the MX records at the time you choose, sync whatever arrived at the end and check mailbox by mailbox.
We administer two of them; on the other four you get into the console yourself. All six come with free migration and two months free on the annual cycle.
The middle column is the one that decides: it marks whether you go into admin.google.com.

That is why business email should not be improvised on your hosting. With Workspace your messages go out authenticated, land in the inbox rather than spam, and everyone signs in from their laptop, their phone or their Outlook with the same account.
If you only need cheap professional email, Zoho is enough. If you need Drive, Meet and Gemini to work as a team, it is Workspace.
