pos · several tables open
01 · THE TABLE OPENS
How many there are and who is on duty
The waiter taps the free table and enters covers, the customer's name and their own login. The comment goes in here too: "booking 3:00 PM", "birthday, bring a candle". From that tap the table starts counting time.
02 · THE ORDER IS TAKEN
A menu with photos and several tables at once
The menu filters by category or by barcode. Every line takes its own note: mild chilli, soup with rice, no tomato. And the right-hand panel keeps tables 4, 7, 14, 17 and 21 open at the same time, so the waiter never loses the thread between one and another.
03 · THE KITCHEN SEES IT
Four columns and a timer per dish
Received, Preparing, To deliver, Delivered. The kitchen moves the card with one tap and the counter says how long it has been waiting: 3 m 21 s, 17 m 45 s. Nobody has to ask "how is table 11 doing?".
04 · PAYMENT TAKEN
Sales note, receipt or invoice
You pick the document type and the series before closing. The note buttons (10, 20, 50, 100 and Exact) work out the change themselves, and several payments can be added to the same bill.
05 · THE DOCUMENT GOES OUT
With the same detail the waiter wrote down
The document carries the dish, its extras and the name of who sold it. Receipts and invoices are issued by your account at Fastura with SUNAT, in 1.6s on average.
