One POST and the message goes out. Your ERP already knows when the instalment is due; now it says so too.
REST API with a tokenYou scan the QR with your company phone and your line becomes available as an API. From there you send reminders, documents and campaigns from the system you already use.
Waya uses the line your business already has. You scan the QR from that phone and carry on with the same number printed on your cards.
One POST and the message goes out. Your ERP already knows when the instalment is due; now it says so too.
REST API with a tokenYou upload the list, write once, send to 2,000.
Bulk sendingA seasonal promotion to your whole base. It is ready in 5 minutes and goes out from your usual number.
A campaign in 5 minutes
Nobody has to learn a new app or download anything. The firm, the clinic or the shop carries on chatting where it always did; what changes is that the reminder, the document and the confirmation come out of the system rather than off someone's thumb.
Only two numbers change between plans: how many devices you connect and how many messages you send a month.
You open WhatsApp on the company phone, go to linked devices and scan the code from the panel. The line is connected. No forms, no approvals and no change of number.
Up to 2,000 messages per batch. You load the list and the system distributes it.
Sales, support and collections: one line per department, all in the same panel.
Little happens between sign-up and the first bulk send: you connect, paste the list and fire. There is no learning curve.
A one-off message to a single number, from the panel or from your system. Useful for the notice that is not a campaign.
It connects from any system that can make an HTTP request: your ERP, your shop, your invoicing system or a three-line script. See the example →
You paste the numbers or upload the file, write the text with whichever fields you want personalised, and send. Waya distributes the batch and shows you live how many went out.
Each department with its own line and its own history, all managed from the same account. When a device disconnects, the panel tells you and you link it again by scanning once more.
We set you up on the free W1 plan, no card. You log into the panel and your API token is already generated.
You open WhatsApp on your company phone, go to linked devices and scan. The line is connected.
A test message from the panel or a POST /v1/messages from your system. It goes out with a double tick.
All these cases are the same request. Your ERP, your shop, your invoicing system and the panel itself push through the same line; what changes is the text, the attachment and who receives it.
The notice goes out with the exact amount and date, 3 days before the due date.
Your shop records the purchase and the customer gets their tracking number.
You issue the receipt and the PDF arrives on WhatsApp the same second. No email in between, no attachments lost to spam.
You segment the list and fire off the batch of 2,000.
Low stock, a payment that did not come in, a job that finished: your server writes to the team.
A one-time code to the customer's number.
The API is REST and authenticates with a token you generate in the panel. You send JSON, you get JSON. No SDK required.
There is no required library and no intermediate server. The same endpoint responds identically from a PHP cron, an n8n flow, or a line of cURL pasted into the terminal.
Three plans for one company, with the same features in all three. No activation fee and no lock-in.
Move the slider and we will tell you which plan covers you. Count everything that leaves your line: reminders, documents, confirmations and campaigns.
If you do not know the number, look at how many sales you close a month and multiply by the notices you send on each.
At that volume the free plan is enough: 300 messages a month and 1 device, no card and forever.
Above 5,000 messages a month, a tailored plan suits you better. And if you are going to spread that volume across several of your own clients, look at Waya White Label or write to us.

All three move messages. What changes is whether you send for yourself, resell the service, or need a team to reply.

We connected the collections line on a Monday and by Tuesday the reminders were going out on their own. Arrears dropped without hiring anyone.
The integration took me one afternoon. It is a POST, nothing more. Now every receipt we issue reaches the customer as a PDF on WhatsApp.
I started on the free plan to try it and within a week I was paying for W3. The cost is trivial next to what I save.
You start on the free plan, no card. If you need more volume, you move up whenever you like.
