Administrator panel
If you are a reseller, you manage every company in your portfolio from a single account: you create the tax ID, load the resolution and activate the client.
Sales invoice, credit note, debit note, POS documents, supporting document and electronic payroll. All validated with DIAN from a single panel, for your company or for your clients'.
You do not buy separate modules. Every Fastura Colombia plan brings the six electronic document types DIAN requires.
The electronic sales invoice with authorised numbering, a CUFE, a graphical representation as a PDF and automatic delivery to the buyer by email.
On every sale to an identified customer. It goes with pre-validation: DIAN approves it before it reaches the buyer.
CUFE · SETP prefix · 1.6s
The document that corrects an already-validated invoice downwards. It references the original CUFE, as the regulation requires.
A goods return, a later discount, a full cancellation or a correction to an amount overcharged.
NC-000091 · automatic reference
The credit note's mirror image: it adjusts upwards the value of an invoice already validated, referencing its CUFE.
Late-payment interest, freight charged afterwards, price adjustments or an amount under-invoiced.
ND-000014 · automatic reference
The POS till receipt with its CUDE, issued from the touch point of sale and transmitted to DIAN.
A quick counter sale. If the customer asks for an invoice later, you convert it to an electronic invoice from the same panel.
POS-001542 · CUDE
The document you generate for a purchase from a supplier not obliged to invoice electronically. It includes its adjustment notes.
Purchases from individuals or from non-VAT-registered suppliers. Without it you cannot deduct that cost or reclaim the tax.
DS-000077 · and adjustment notes
The electronic payroll payment support document and its adjustment notes. You load the period, review earnings and deductions, and transmit.
Every month, for every employee on a contract. You can transmit by period or in bulk for the whole payroll.
NE-000418 · 42 employees
Every document goes out signed with your certificate, is transmitted and comes back with its CUFE or CUDE already validated. If DIAN rejects something, we tell you with the reason in the same panel, not three days later.
Fastura Colombia transmits to DIAN and brings the day-to-day operation: sales, receivables, inventory, accounting and reports.
If you are a reseller, you manage every company in your portfolio from a single account: you create the tax ID, load the resolution and activate the client.
Quote, order, dispatch note and invoice. A touch POS for the counter with a cash-up per shift and per cashier.
Receivables and payables, partial payments, banks and cash flow. You know who owes you and since when.
A single chart of accounts, accounting entries, withholdings and subsidiary ledgers. Your accountant signs in with their own login.
Integrate your ERP, your shop or your app. You send the document as JSON and receive the validated XML and the CUFE in the same response.
Sales by period, by salesperson and by product; taxes and withholdings consolidated. Exportable to Excel and PDF.
You buy an allowance of companies and an allowance of documents per month, and share them among whichever tax IDs you like. You set the final price; the difference is your margin.
On the API plan you do not pay per company: you register as many as you need and pay for the number of documents you transmit. Ideal for software houses and groups with many tax IDs.
You buy the plan and we hand you panel access the same day. No installation fee and no minimum term.
You register the tax ID, DIAN's numbering resolution, the prefixes and the digital signature certificate. We check that it all adds up.
We walk you through the enablement test set on WhatsApp until DIAN approves you. After that, into production.
Choose by how you charge: per company, per document or once a year. Validation with DIAN is identical on all three.
You buy an allowance of tax IDs and an allowance of documents per month, and share them among your clients. You set the final price and keep the difference.
· 5, 10 or 20 tax IDs See reseller plansThere is no charge per company: you register as many tax IDs as you need and pay per document transmitted.
· 500 documents See API plansAn annual licence with the repository, a year of support, one free installation and the documentation to hand to your clients. You run the server.
· 1 domain See the licenceThe same across all three families: the document goes out signed with your certificate, DIAN validates it and it comes back with its CUFE or CUDE. Nothing reaches the customer without approval.
DIAN document types included across all three families, with no separate modules.
You issue from the panel or through the API, we sign with your certificate and DIAN responds in 1.6s with the CUFE. If it rejects, you see the reason on screen.
Reseller if you sell the service per company. API if you need unlimited companies and pay per document. Source code if you want the system on your own server.

If you sell software in Colombia and need to host the platform yourself, the annual licence hands you the repository, the documentation and the support to get it running.
Prices already include tax. Those marked with * are charged in US dollars because that product is not sold in pesos. Do you invoice in Peru? Look at Fastura.
All three issue the same documents to DIAN. What changes is who administers it, how it is charged and where the system lives.

I run nine clients on the R10 and electronic payroll is what clinched it for me. I used to have to hire another provider just for that.
We integrated the API in two weeks using the sandbox. The CUFE comes back in the same response and that saved us a whole synchronisation layer.
The enablement test set always scared me. We got through it in two days with them alongside on WhatsApp, explaining every rejection.
We activate the panel, arrange your certificate and walk you through the test set until DIAN enables you.
