What people ask us before starting.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. It includes 1 user and 10 documents a month with the full platform. The only condition is that your annual sales do not reach 30,000 soles; if you go over, you move to the first paid plan.
What happens if I run out of documents mid-month?
We warn you before you hit the ceiling. You move up a plan on the spot, pay only the prorated difference and carry on issuing without interrupting the sale. From F3 the ceiling disappears.
Is this what used to be called Factura Fácil?
Yes. Same platform, same team, same plans; it is now called Fastura, like the rest of Búho's invoicing in Peru. There is nothing to migrate.
Do I need a digital certificate to issue?
Yes. SUNAT requires a tax digital certificate linked to your tax ID. If you do not have one, we arrange it with 100% remote validation and a discount for Fastura customers. See certificates →
Does it work with my thermal printer?
Yes. It prints a ticket on 58 mm and 80 mm, and A4 when the customer asks for the invoice as a PDF. It works with whatever barcode scanners you already have.
Can I invoice for two different companies?
These plans are for a single tax ID. With two or more companies — yours or your clients' — the product is the multi-company panel, which also comes white-labelled. See reseller panel →
Does it work without internet?
You need a connection to file with SUNAT. If it drops, you carry on recording sales: the documents queue and go out by themselves as soon as the signal is back.
Is there an installation fee or a lock-in?
Neither. Activation is free, the service is month to month and when you leave you take a full export of your documents in XML and PDF.
