Updates for as long as the licence is active

When SUNAT changes a catalogue, a validation or the schema, we publish the version in the repository and you run git pull. If you stop renewing, the installed system is still yours, but it stops receiving those updates and sooner or later SUNAT rejects.

Sales management

It issues invoices, receipts, credit notes and dispatch notes.

And around the issuer, the system your client uses every day. It all shares the same data model: whatever is sold reduces stock and appears in the till report with nothing to sync.

We rebuilt the database engine and the rendering layer for performance. That change takes four Pro 8 features with it.

Rigid PDF templates

They are gone. The default template is responsive and shows every necessary field without you configuring it.

50 mm tickets

The supported standard is now 58 mm and 80 mm, which is what the market sells.

Production for plastics

It was a very particular flow, for one trade only, commercially impossible to sustain. It was withdrawn.

Barcodes in listings

They are managed from the product view or from the POS, where they are actually used.

What people ask us before licensing.

Do you really hand over the source code?

Yes. You receive access to a private Git repository with the whole of Pro 9: Laravel backend, Vue frontend, templates and migrations. You read it, modify it and deploy it for as long as the licence is active.

Can I migrate from Pro 8 to Pro 9?

Yes, and it is simple if you are already on 8.2: you point your project at the new repository and you are done. If you are on a version earlier than 8, you upgrade to 8.2 first, because Pro 9 needs PHP 8.0+ and Laravel 9.

I bought Pro 8 recently. Do I pay again?

No, as long as your support plan is still current today (annual, six-month or quarterly). Write to us on WhatsApp and we will give you access to Pro 9 at no cost. If the support plan has expired, the free upgrade does not apply.

How does technical support work?

With Essential, by ticket on our platform: built for developers and resellers who work independently. With Priority, by direct WhatsApp, which is what you need when you are certifying or have a client at a standstill. For technically complex cases we arrange a video call.

What does "1 domain" mean?

The licence enables one production installation on one domain. You can also have a test environment at no cost. Additional domains are set up with a separate charge. Write to us →

How many companies can I create?

As many as your server can take. Pro 9 is multi-company: each one comes in with its tax ID, its certificate and its series. That is why anyone going past 20 clients usually comes from the reseller panel to this licence.

Why does App 3.1 no longer include its code?

Maintaining the native app cost considerably more than estimated. To keep the quality up and carry on releasing improvements, the app became a separately packaged product: the App 4.0 is licensed separately and the APK comes included with Pro 9.

What happens if I stop paying the licence?

The installed system is still yours, but you lose the repository, the SUNAT schema updates and the support. Since SUNAT changes catalogues from time to time, going without updates eventually breaks issuing.

Can I resell it to my clients?

Yes, that is the idea: you provide the service from your installation and under your brand. What you cannot do is redistribute the source code as a product of your own. Remember that first-line support for your end clients is yours to give.

Do I need a digital certificate?

Yes, one per issuing tax ID. You buy it wherever you like or arrange it with us, 100% remotely. See SUNAT certificate → If you would rather not buy certificates, there is OSE/PSE validation.
